We consider the coconut tree to be one of nature’s greatest gifts, with by-products like coir pith and husk chips offering powerful potential to enrich and restore soil health. Our commitment lies in harnessing the renewable and eco-friendly qualities of coconut-based materials. Below, you’ll discover how we transform these raw natural elements into high-quality, sustainable products.
Our process starts with the meticulous selection of coconut husks—our core natural resource—sourced directly from trusted local farms and certified suppliers. Prior to processing, each batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection to ensure that only premium-grade raw materials are used in production.
The selected coconut husks are fed into advanced processing machines, where they are carefully broken down. During this stage, the fibers are extracted, and the coir pith is collected simultaneously. After separation, the fibers move on to additional refining, while the pith is screened to eliminate any leftover fibers. The cleaned, fresh coconut pith is then directed to the next stage of processing.
The collected coir pith is carefully screened to remove impurities, ensuring that only top-grade material moves forward in the production line. Our skilled team conducts detailed inspections of the screened pith to confirm its cleanliness and quality before it proceeds to the next phase of processing.
To make our coir pith ideal for agricultural applications, we use advanced washing bunkers to significantly lower salt content. This multi-day washing process is carefully monitored to control electrical conductivity (EC) and pH levels, ensuring the material meets strict quality standards.
After the washing phase, the coir pith is moved to specially designed cement drying yards where it is naturally dried under the sun. This environmentally friendly method helps retain the material’s natural properties while ensuring it’s properly prepared for the next stage of processing.
After drying, the coir pith is collected and passed through screening and destoning machines before entering the compression units. To maximize efficiency for growers, the processed material is compacted into 650-gram bricks, 5 kg blocks, or custom-sized grow slabs based on specific requirements.
Each compressed block is subjected to strict quality control checks to ensure it meets our high standards. Our dedicated QC team thoroughly inspects every batch to confirm that the products are free from contaminants such as weeds, stones, sand, and harmful pathogens.
Once the quality checks are complete, the compressed blocks are carefully packed and stacked on treated wooden pallets. For safe and efficient transport, we load the products into 40-foot high-cube containers, ensuring they remain protected throughout the shipping process.
Fully packed containers are dispatched straight from our facility, beginning their journey via road and sea to reach growers across the globe. Our streamlined logistics process ensures timely and dependable delivery, allowing customers to receive our high-quality coir products without hassle.
